Career Profile
Data-driven technology executive with 20 years leading engineering, product, and data organizations at high-growth companies including Point72, Stripe, and Atlassian. I combine hands-on software engineering roots with deep data & analytics expertise and sharp operational and commercial acumen — a blend that lets me step into ambiguous, high-scope leadership problems spanning engineering, data, product, operations, and go-to-market (including enterprise sales), and drive them to outcomes. I've built platforms and teams from zero to high scale (millisecond latency, powering growth for some of the biggest companies in their respective spaces), led both engineering and data organizations, and repeatedly been trusted to set vision and win executive buy-in for new capability areas.
